If there is a tree or other suitable structure in the vacinity of your pool, simply cut a short loop of rope and tie onto it. Anchor the swim harness line to a tree, wood structure or house awning using the wood eye screw if any of these are located near the pool. Anchor the swim harness by wrapping the velcro through the D-ring and around the top of a pool safety rail or ladder. Anchor the swim harness line to a screen enclosure aluminum post using the machine eye bolt and nut. This will require you to drill a small hole through the post. You must insure that the structure is strong enough to withstand the tugging of the swim harness!
